EMAIL PRACTICES & UNSOLICITED MESSAGING

Clear standards for responsible outreach.

This page explains how The NCC Group LLC of LA uses the wedocater.com domain. We publish these standards so recipients, mailbox providers, and reputation services can understand our business-to-business email practices and hold us to them.

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Who sends email from this domain

Email from wedocater.com is sent by employees of The NCC Group LLC of LA while supporting restaurant catering programs. Messages come from authenticated mailboxes on our domain and are sent by named members of our team.

We do not authorize affiliates, resellers, lead brokers, or third-party senders to send email using or representing wedocater.com. If someone outside NCC appears to be doing so, we investigate and address the report.

How business contacts are developed

Our outreach is business-to-business and is tied to a relevant restaurant-catering opportunity. Before initiating a message, NCC organically develops and validates a relevant business contact through a relationship-first business-development process. This starts primarily with direct calling, conversations, inbound inquiries, referrals, existing relationships, and community or event interactions.

Occasionally, a specific event or local catering opportunity calls for carefully targeted research to identify the right business contact. That research is selective and tied to the opportunity; it is not random outreach. We contact business and organizational addresses—not personal or consumer email addresses—and we do not operate anonymous bulk marketing programs from this domain.

Unsolicited messaging

Some first outreach messages may be unsolicited. When that occurs, the message is sent by a named NCC team member with a clear restaurant-catering context and a good-faith business purpose. A business email address is never treated as permission to continue contact after a recipient asks us to stop.

Our standard: a recipient can request no further messages at any time, without explaining why. We use that request to stop future catering outreach from wedocater.com.

What our messages include

We expect every commercial outreach message to include:

  • the real name of the NCC team member sending it;
  • the restaurant brand and local catering context being represented;
  • an accurate subject line and straightforward reply path;
  • our physical business mailing address; and
  • a clear, practical way to request removal from future outreach.

We do not use deceptive subject lines, false reply-to addresses, or claims of prior contact that did not occur.

How to stop future outreach

You may ask us to stop contacting an address by replying “remove” or “unsubscribe” to any message, emailing solutions@thenccgroup.com, or calling 888.622.6213.

We honor removal requests within two business days and add the address to a suppression record for future NCC outreach across the restaurant programs we support. We do not require a reason, charge a fee, or send additional promotional email to confirm the request.

Bounces, authentication, and reports

Addresses that hard-bounce are suppressed and are not repeatedly contacted. We publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and send from authenticated Google Workspace infrastructure. Messages that fail those checks should be treated as suspicious.

If you receive a message that does not meet these standards, believe an address is being misused, or have a concern about our practices, contact solutions@thenccgroup.com. We review every report.
